“I’ve stayed quiet long enough,” Cohen said, visibly upset. “But I can’t keep quiet anymore. Teresa is trying to turn Gia against me, and that crosses a line.”
Cohen alleged that Teresa has been feeding Gia misleading information about him, straining what he described as a deeply personal connection. “I’ve always thought of Gia like a daughter,” he explained. “We’ve shared a real bond, and seeing it unravel because of Teresa is heartbreaking.”
Cohen didn’t hold back, calling Teresa’s behavior “selfish” and “toxic.” “She only thinks about herself,” he said. “She’s willing to manipulate anyone — even her own daughter — just to get her way.”
This latest drama isn’t entirely out of the blue. Cohen and Teresa have had a tense relationship in recent years, often clashing over the direction of Real Housewives of New Jersey. “Teresa wants the show to be all about drama and shock value,” Cohen said. “I’d rather focus on authentic, relatable stories.”
Still, Cohen says trying to come between him and Gia is beyond the pale. “I’m not going to let her destroy what Gia and I have,” he said. “I’ll fight to protect that relationship.”
As of now, Teresa has not publicly responded to Cohen’s claims. However, a source close to her says she’s “furious” and “ready to hit back.”
Is this the start of a full-blown feud between two Bravo heavyweights?
Celebrity psychologist Dr. Phil weighed in on the situation, calling it “deeply concerning.” He said, “When a parent tries to interfere with their child’s meaningful connections, especially in such a public way, it can cause real emotional damage. Teresa needs to take a serious look at how this is affecting Gia.”
Fans wasted no time taking sides. Social media erupted with reactions, many rallying behind Cohen. One user wrote on X (formerly Twitter), “I’m 100% Team Andy. Teresa’s completely out of line.” Another added, “Gia and Andy clearly care about each other. Teresa shouldn’t be allowed to tear that apart.”
With tensions rising and no clear resolution in sight, the feud between Andy Cohen and Teresa Giudice is far from over.
