Big news from Fox News personality and former White House press secretary Kayleigh McEnany—she and her husband Sean Gilmartin are expecting their third child!

Kayleigh, 36, made the surprise announcement at the end of Monday’s episode of Outnumbered, saying with a huge smile, “Last but not least… Sean and I are expecting our third child, which we’re so excited about!”

The newest member of the McEnany-Gilmartin crew is due this summer and will join big sister Blake, 5, and big brother Nash, 2.

“This has been such a special time,” Kayleigh shared. “I was pregnant through Thanksgiving and Christmas, and now Blake runs up to hug my belly and says, ‘Let me kiss the baby!’ It melts my heart.”

No, the Pink Blazer Wasn’t a Clue

Right after the announcement, co-host Emily Compagno jumped up to give Kayleigh a big hug, shouting, “We love you so much—congratulations to all five of you!”

Laughing, Kayleigh quickly set the record straight: her bright pink blazer was not a gender reveal, nor were her pink-and-blue shoes. Even the show’s pink-themed graphics (complete with a tiny blue pacifier) weren’t a hidden clue—just a funny coincidence!

Kayleigh also gave viewers a first glimpse of the baby’s sonogram, noting that her family proudly frames each one and displays them on their mantle at home.

Gender Reveal Coming Soon

The couple hasn’t revealed the baby’s gender yet, but Kayleigh said fans won’t have to wait long—she plans to share it live on Outnumbered and on her social media as her June due date approaches.

“I hope you’ll join me on this journey,” she said warmly.

Kayleigh, known for her Christian faith, also quoted a favorite Bible verse during the announcement:

“That’s not just about my baby,” she added. “It’s a reminder that each of us is deeply loved.”

And in a lighthearted moment, she ended with a laugh, asking her co-hosts if she could please unbutton her now-snug blazer.

Kayleigh and Sean, a former MLB pitcher who retired in 2022, started dating in 2015 and got married in 2017.
