During the wedding, the dog suddenly bit the bride’s hand: when the groom understood why the dog did it, he…

It was supposed to be a perfect wedding: beautiful flowers, music, and all the people they loved gathered to celebrate. Standing at the altar was the groom with his beloved dog, Roy—a gentle, loyal companion who had been by his side for years.

But the bride made it clear from the start—she didn’t like Roy. She complained about his smell, kept her distance, and insisted the dog be removed from the celebration. The groom tried to reassure her, but her demands and attitude only worsened.

As the day went on, the bride’s behavior spiraled. She insulted guests, yelled at the groom’s mother, and drank heavily. Then, during a tense moment, she deliberately stepped on Roy’s tail. He yelped and bit her hand in fear.

Furious, she grabbed a bottle to strike him—but the groom stopped her. When he realized Roy had only acted in self-defense, he made a bold decision.

“Don’t touch my dog,” he said firmly. “There will be no wedding.”

He comforted his terrified dog as guests watched in stunned silence.
