A sightseeing trip turned tragic Friday when a tour bus overturned on I-90 near Pembroke, New York. More than 50 passengers were on board—five, including a child, lost their lives, and over 40 were injured.
The group had just visited Niagara Falls and was heading back to New York City when disaster struck. Emergency crews rushed in, airlifting some victims, while locals stepped in to support stranded international tourists.
Governor Kathy Hochul called it a “heartbreaking tragedy.” A day meant for joy ended in grief, leaving survivors and families shattered.
