In today’s world of cosmetic enhancements and social media stardom, one young woman from Bulgaria is turning heads—and raising eyebrows—with her extreme beauty goals.
Andrea Ivanova, a 25-year-old influencer from Sofia, Bulgaria, has made it her life’s mission to have the biggest lips in the world. And she’s not stopping anytime soon.
The Obsession With Bigger Lips
Andrea has undergone more than 27 lip enhancement procedures, using hyaluronic acid injections to drastically increase the size of her lips—quadrupling them, according to reports from Unilad. She estimates she’s spent over $5,000 so far on the procedures, with each injection in Bulgaria costing about $150.
“I love them and I feel much better this way,” Andrea told Jam Press. Despite warnings from medical professionals to stop, she insists she’ll keep going. Her goal is simple: bigger lips, no matter what.
Even though she’s not officially in the record books, Andrea firmly believes she already has the largest lips in the world. And she’s not shy about the attention that comes with it.
“Men from all over the world message me on social media, offering money, vacations, and invitations to meet,” she says.
Some fans agree—commenting that no one has bigger lips than Andrea.
Eyeing Her Next Goal: The Biggest Cheekbones
But lips aren’t the end of the road. Andrea now has her sights set on another extreme beauty record—the world’s largest cheekbones. She’s already had four injections in her cheeks and plans to get two more this week.
“For healing, I avoid putting pressure on my face for a few days,” she shared on Instagram. “But I still want bigger lips too. I’ll continue with more injections for both.”
In total, Andrea has undergone more than 34 cosmetic injections, with no plans to stop. “Some doctors say I’ve gone too far, but my doctor told me I can have more—if I wait at least two months,” she explained.
Challenges and Criticism
After each procedure, eating becomes difficult for a few days, but Andrea says it’s worth it. “I like my new lips a lot. It’s harder to eat for a few days after injections, but there are no food restrictions.”
Despite facing plenty of online hate, Andrea shrugs off the criticism. Social media trolls frequently leave harsh comments, but she remains unfazed.
“I think everyone should be able to look however they want,” she says.
What Do You Think?
Is Andrea boldly chasing her dreams—or taking cosmetic procedures too far? Whether you’re shocked, inspired, or simply curious, one thing’s for sure: she’s not slowing down any time soon.
