Vienna Würstel, a TikTok influencer from Mallorca, proudly calls herself “plastic fantastic” and has no plans to stop enhancing her lips—despite the backlash. With about 30ml of filler already in her pout, Vienna regularly shocks her 24,000 followers with her dramatic look.
“I really wish for even bigger lips—it’s my biggest dream,” she shared in a video, adding that she’s had up to 7ml injected at a time.
Online critics often compare her to a duck, but Vienna isn’t fazed. “All my plastic surgeons are highly qualified,” she said, insisting her procedures are safe.
Still, her oversized lips come with challenges—especially drinking. In one clip, she admits, “Eating soft foods is okay, but drinking is harder. I’m adapting.”
The NHS warns that dermal fillers should only be done by qualified professionals, and London-based expert Dr. Tijion Esho says he spends a third of his time correcting botched filler jobs. “People need to research more,” he emphasized.
Despite concerns, Vienna’s bold look has gone viral, with one video earning over 2.3 million views. Reactions are mixed—some viewers are stunned, others think it’s a filter.
But for Vienna, the dream of bigger lips is far from over.
