VIDEO: Woman in Tree Stand Watches As Bear Climbs Ladder

Bear encounters can be scary, cute, and hilarious—all at once. Sure, sharks and snakes don’t exactly tug at the heartstrings, but bears? Bears toe the line.

We all know it’s dangerous to approach one, but let’s be honest—they’re ridiculously adorable. Case in point: this video from Saskatchewan.

A woman in a tree stand watches as two curious black bears wander over. One decides to climb the ladder—like, expertly climb it. She tries to scare it off with her voice and even wags a finger at it, but that just makes the bear more interested.

Eventually, the bear gives up and starts climbing down… in the most awkward, clumsy, and unintentionally funny way possible—at one point hanging from the ladder by its teeth. The woman, likely terrified, can’t help but laugh.
